About Us
NAIHC provides a means of representing all the Indian Housing Authorities, Tribally Designated Housing Entities, a native Hawaiian entity, and tribes administering grants for Indian housing from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") into one association governing body so that various unique problems with all such entities administering HUD grants for Indian housing may be resolved in an overall manner.
Our Mission
To effectively and efficiently promote and support American Indians, Alaska Natives and native Hawaiians in their self-determined goal to provide culturally relevant and quality affordable housing for native people.
