RuraLead will share perspectives on what communities need to become stronger—and recommend the best ways to strengthen leadership to meet those needs. We will share learning widely so rural people can adapt ideas, and so funders can understand what’s needed to strengthen rural communities. We will lift up the voices of rural leaders and share the collective wisdom of the many leaders, practitioners, and funders we met with—from new definitions of what makes a leader, to what those leaders need to help create healthier, more equitable communities.
