USDA Rural Development ReConnect Loan and Grant Program

The ReConnect Program offers loans, grants, and loan-grant combinations to facilitate broadband deployment in areas of rural America that currently do not have sufficient access to broadband. In facilitating the expansion of broadband services and infrastructure, the program will fuel long-term rural economic development and opportunities in rural America.

Eligibility

For all funding categories, the proposed funded service area must be in an area where 90% of households do not have sufficient access to broadband. Applicants must propose to build a network capable of providing 100 megabits per second (Mbps) symmetrical service to all premises in the proposed funded service area at the same time.
