Veteran Farmer Assistance and Outreach Program

The Wisconsin Veteran Farmer Assistance and Outreach Program helps connect both new and current veteran farmers with resources that can help them begin, maintain, or grow farm businesses. As a part of this program Farm Center staff collaborate with the Department of Veteran Affairs to make the “Homegrown by Heroes” marketing logo available to Wisconsin’s veteran farmers. Using this logo can help veteran farmers differentiate products they produce with consumers.
