  • Technology for Educational Achievement

    ​​​​​​​Technology for Educational Achievement (TEACH) is a program that subsidizes much of the cost of the category 1 circuit to provide telecommunications access such as data lines to eligible schools, libraries, and educational institutions.

  • Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program

    The Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources (DEHCR) has allocated HUD HOME funding to support the HOME Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program. DEHCR will allow individual grantees to develop community-specific programs.
