Rural Economic Development Loan Program

Low interest rate gap-financing may be available to support qualifying business or community development projects.

The financing terms are as follows:
The amount is determined on a case-by-case basis by the cooperative board of directors; based on the project and specific loan program requirements.
The rate typically ranges from 0% to below prime interest rate.
The term of the loan may be up to a maximum of 10 years.
The loan shall have adequate security as determined by the cooperative board of directors.
