  • Federal Solar Tax Credits for Businesses

    There are two tax credits available for businesses and other entities like nonprofits and local and tribal governments that purchase solar energy systems.

  • Federal Tax Credit for Solar Photovoltaics

    The Residential Clean Energy Credit equals 30% of the costs of new, qualified clean energy property for your home installed anytime from 2022 through 2032. The credit percentage rate phases down to 26 percent for property placed in service in 2033 and 22 percent for property placed in service in 2034. You may be able to take the credit if you made energy saving improvements to your home located in the United States.

    You may claim the residential clean energy credit for improvements to your main home, whether you own or rent it. Your main home is generally where you live most of the time. The credit applies to new or existing homes located in the United States.

    The Ferry Service for Rural Communities Program makes federal resources available to states to ensure basic essential ferry service is provided to rural areas.

  • Food Supply Chain Guaranteed Loan Program

    The Food Supply Chain Guaranteed Loan Program provides financial support to qualified lenders whose loan applicants want to start or expand middle of the food supply chain activities such as aggregation, processing, manufacturing, storage, transportation, wholesale, or distribution of food.

  • Forest Fire Protection (FFP) Grant Program

    Forest Fire Protection (FFP) 50% cost-share grants are available to Wisconsin fire departments and county/area fire associations.
